EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Yu was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. He has spent the past 10 years perfecting his craft as a chef at
Indochine Downtown.
He is a self-taught chef who spent countless hours cooking with his family in his youth. The inspiration for Indo came fr
om his days spent as a child on the streets of Bangkok, where he grew up eating the various comfort foods at the street
vendors.
He now wishes to bring the taste of Southeast Asian street cuisine onto your dinner table.
